Brand launch, custom e-commerce site, and merchandise design system for Chiwiwis — the music venture led by UFC fighter Raul Rosas Jr.
When the celebrity is famous, the brand still has to earn its own ground.
Chiwiwis is the music and merchandise venture of Raul Rosas Jr. — the youngest fighter in UFC history. The audience was real. The momentum was real. What didn’t exist yet was the brand underneath it. No site. No system for drops. No infrastructure that could turn fan attention into something repeatable.
Most celebrity brands rush to the hype and skip the foundation. The merch drops once, sells out, and the platform breaks under the traffic. We started in the opposite direction. Before the first piece of merchandise was designed, we built the brand identity, the e-commerce platform, and the production system that everything else would run on.
Build the foundation.
Then build the hype.
The work spanned three disciplines. A custom e-commerce site built for ongoing drops, not single launches. A merchandise design system — jerseys, apparel, and graphic identity that read as a coherent brand, not one-off products. A marketing strategy designed to convert attention into a brand the audience would return to.
When the first drop hit, the system held. The audience showed up because of Raul. They came back because of what we built underneath him.
