Privacy Policy

Fours Media, LLC  ·  Effective Date: January 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: August 2026

The short version: We collect information you give us, and we collect information automatically when you visit our site. Some of that automatic collection includes identifying which business you work for and, in some cases, who you are, even if you never fill out a form. We use this to run our business and to reach out about our services. We do not sell your information for money, and you can opt out of everything below.

This Privacy Policy explains how Fours Media, LLC (“Fours Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit our website (foursmedia.com), use our services, or interact with us in any way.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you fill out a contact form, book a discovery call, opt into our Content Vault, or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect:

  • Full name and business name
  • Email address (personal or business)
  • Phone number
  • Details about your business, goals, and marketing challenges
  • Any other information you choose to share with us

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address and general location
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or source
  • Device type and operating system
  • Click and scroll behavior via cookies and tracking pixels

Identity resolution and visitor identification

We use third party technology, including Apollo.io, to match website visits to business contact records. This means that when you visit our website, we may learn:

  • The company or organization you are visiting from
  • Your name and job title
  • Your business email address and business phone number
  • Firmographic details about your employer, such as industry, size, and location

This matching happens even if you never fill out a form or otherwise contact us. It is performed by a third party provider that maintains its own database of business contact information and combines it with data collected from our site.

Information from third-party platforms

If you interact with us via Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or other advertising platforms, those platforms may share aggregated, anonymized, or event-level data with us through their standard ad reporting and conversion tracking tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide our services
  • Identify businesses that have shown interest in our services and contact them about those services, including by phone and email

  • Improve our website, content, and services
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients
  • Process payments and fulfill contractual obligations
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Protect the rights and safety of Fours Media and our clients

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies. These include:

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function properly
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand traffic patterns and user behavior (Google Analytics)
  • Advertising cookies — used to serve and measure relevant ads (Google Ads, Meta Pixel)
  • CRM cookies — used by our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel)
  • Visitor identification cookies — used by Apollo.io to identify visiting companies and business contacts as described in Section 1

You can control or disable cookies through our cookie banner or through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of our website. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent from your browser as a valid opt-out request.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — We work with third party platforms to operate our business, including Apollo.io (sales intelligence and visitor identification), GoHighLevel (CRM), Google Workspace (email and analytics), Meta (advertising), Calendly (scheduling), and payment processors. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
  • Legal compliance — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
  • Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent — We may share information in any other way you have explicitly authorized.

A note on “selling” and “sharing” under California law

We do not exchange your personal information for money. However, California law defines a “sale” broadly to include disclosing personal information for other valuable consideration, and defines “sharing” to include disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some of our use of advertising, analytics, and visitor identification tools may qualify under those definitions.

You may opt out of this at any time using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our website footer, by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, or by emailing hello@foursmedia.com.

5. SMS and Text Message Communications

Important: We only send SMS messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.

Non-marketing SMS messages

If you have consented to receive non-marketing SMS messages from Fours Media, we may send messages related to your account, appointments, order confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time.

Marketing SMS messages

If you have separately consented to receive marketing SMS messages, we may send promotional content including special offers, new services, discounts, and relevant updates about Fours Media. Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time.

Opting out of marketing messages does not affect your receipt of non-marketing account-related messages, and vice versa.

We do not use SMS to contact people identified through website visitor identification unless they have separately opted in.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. In general:

  • Contact and lead information in our CRM: for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward
  • Website visitor identification records: no longer than 24 months from the date of the visit
  • Analytics and advertising data: per the retention settings of the platform in question

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@foursmedia.com.

7. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. These rights apply to information about you in a business context as well as a personal one.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@foursmedia.com or call (707) 634-8521. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond to verified requests within 45 days, with one possible 45 day extension where permitted.
